Kara Alongi is a 16-year old who posted a tweet the day of a Sunday night at 6:12p.m. "There is someone in my hour ecall 911." This tweet created panic to many people especially police officers who tried to investigate the case. Many of these cases turn out to be false, in this case police officers had an idea it was false.

Article #1:
From this article I learned that social media has its good and bad sides. It can be very helpful to communicate with family that lives far away from you. Friends can also stay well communicated from thousands of miles away. Social media is sometimes very helpful in schools and businesses to do plenty of very useful stuff like projects.

What I've learned so far is that social
media can be a great source for children because they can learn fast
but there is a bad side to it to. They can also have problems with
psychological disorders. It can also help shy teens become more outgoing
and comfortable. Facebook has been lowering grades of teenagers. What
is next? A 1 year-old in diapers playing on an iPad rather than a toy?
